According to CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) it is important to celebrate the positives of the day (rather than dwell on the negatives). So here goes:
- I watched an entire hour of jewellerymaker clearance and didnt order anything
- I taught Adelaide how to use the mouse on the computer
- I added Pencoed Primary School PTA to the justgiving by text scheme
- I moved the washing from upstairs to downstairs
- I found my lost car keys
- I organised a babysitter for tomorrow
